The Inspiring  Women campaign is designed to help young people from all backgrounds, at schools and colleges across Australia to meet and make connections with female role models from a range of sectors.

By introducing young people to successful women working in different roles and industries, the aim is to enhance understanding of the breadth of career opportunities available, challenge gendered stereotypes about occupations and give young people the chance to ask questions and make connections with female role models. 

Inspiring Women most commonly involves a panel discussion led by either students or teachers, but also works well in a career speed networking format.
